Assuming you aren’t an illegal immigrant, just apply for a Discover Card account. They give cards away to anyone, as long as you haven’t declared bankruptcy.

Do you need the credit card to make on-line purchases, or are you just short of $100?

If the latter, just get a temp job for a weekend or two.
