If you let your friends click on your ads over 3000 time, then chances are your Google Adsense account will (just) get banned. Google can track multiple clicks from the same IP/location or mutiple clicks through out the day.
I suggest marketing your blog to get more visitors and more clicks from other people… read up on SEO or SEM (search this term on Google or Wikipedia)
Just because you have a blog and adsense running on it does not mean you will make money. You need to have traffic to make any money with adsense. Without traffic you have nothing. Do you use Google Analytics to track how you visitors are finding you? With analytics you can also see how many page views and how people are finding your blog. It also depends on the niche and if the keywords for that particualr niche pay well. Having your friends click your ads that many times will surely get you banned in no time. Traffic=Money
Try to increase the traffic to your website.
Get Traffic to your website by creating videos and writing articles. Be sure to use distribution services such as Isnare for submitting articles and there are also video submission services. It takes time and patience. I just got my first $103.00 check from google adsense last month.

What you need to do is:
1. Ask all you friend to stop clicking on you ads - if you are not already banned you will be banned.
2. Promote you website like hell : forums, comments , Yahoo answers, backlinks.
