Wanting to know who is running a certain affiliate program?

you will see there are a whole load of sites offering website traffic based on a certain affiliate program. I am trying to work out who is running that affiliate program.

Can anyone work this out. I have tried following name servers, and all sorts of other avenues - but just can’t find it. Was going to post on Google Answers - but find it has gone.
